Digital infrastructure and technical support activities of the center
Main Tasks of the Service:
- Supporting the center's software and hardware, and implementing plans for electronic library development;
- Managing and monitoring the continuous and smooth operation of server and network infrastructures;
- Ensuring continuous user access to the center's website and providing technical support to staff;
- Installing systems and software, and conducting marketing analysis for hardware modernization;
- Maintaining inventory and technical documentation (passports) for computer equipment;
- Processing digitized resources including books, newspapers, journals, and manuscripts;
- Developing automated information-library systems and full-text databases;
- Providing paid digitization services for printed resources to external organizations.
